Every article in the Journal of Clinical & Applied Pharmacology (JCAP) is fully open access — available to anyone in the world at no cost, from the moment it is published, with no subscription and no paywall. Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution licence:

Licence: Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0).
Access: immediate and permanent open access — no embargo, no reader fees.
Article processing charge: none. There is no submission fee, no article processing charge and no publication fee of any kind. Colour figures, supplementary files and the PDF are all included.
Preservation: every published article is kept as a permanent file at a fixed address, in both web and PDF form, and the editorial office holds copies of each complete issue in more than one place. A published address never changes, because that is where citations point. The journal is not yet part of a formal preservation scheme such as LOCKSS or Portico, and will say so here when it is.
